Rimbunan Hijau Group Signs Investment and Cooperation Agreement with Guiding City

On April 2nd, 2011, the People’s Government of Guiding county and Rimbunan Hijau Group China Investment Co. Ltd held a ceremony in Beijing for the signing of their investment partnership agreement.

Ling Yi, standing member of Guiding County Party Committee, Guizhou Province, Vice County Magistrate as well as Zhou Guohua, President of Malaysian Rimbunan Hijau Group China Investment Co. Ltd, signed the agreement.

The Investment and Cooperation Agreement on the development of “Sino-Malaysia Industrial New City” acknowledges and improves the Investment and Cooperation Framework Agreement between the Guizhou People’s Government and Malaysian Rimbunan Hijau Group signed on March 12th, 2011.

Meng Qiliang, Vice Governor of Guizhou Province, Tan Sri Tiong Hiew King, Executive Chairman of Rimbunan Hijau Group and Co-Chairman of APECF, Xiao Wunan, Executive Vice Chairman of APECF, Wu Zhangyou, General Manager of the Financial Investment Department of Rimbunan Hijau Group and Cai Tianyou, Special Assistant to Tan Sri Tiong Hiew King, etc. attended the signing ceremony.
